EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. Announces the Appointment of Capital Partners Group to Raise up to US$3 Million in Short-Term Financing to be Followed by an Additional US$10 Million Equity Financing.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. -- EncounterCare Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ECSL), an integrated healthcare company focused on the health care technology, telemedicine, and homecare markets, announced today that it has appointed Capital Partners Group Ltd., a leading London based financial services firm to raise up to US$3 million in short-term financing, followed by an additional raise of US$10 million in long-term funding. As ECSL's financial advisor, Capital Partner's will manage the series of capital raises through potential investors, which is expected to result in a potential listing on the PLUS Markets (formerly known as Ofex) Exchange in London. The agreement was negotiated by ECSL's strategic advisor Geo Genesis Group, Inc. ("GGG").
