Binning joined Encompix in April 2004 as the director of pre-sales consulting and achieved year-over-year sales growth in 2004, 2005, and 2006. In January 2006, he accepted the added responsibility of product management. As a product manager, Binning facilitated strategic technology partnerships and worked directly with customers and developers to create a vision for future releases of the Encompix solution.

Prior to joining Encompix, Binning managed a regional technology consulting practice, specializing in manufacturing and project management ERP solutions. While there, Binning was responsible for all aspects of the Microsoft Business Solutions technology consulting practice, including managing three full-time consultants, over 50 client sites, and marketing the firm's services to prospective clients.
