:EPYH), a national real estate holding firm, is pleased to report excellent progress with the $50 million commercial real estate development project in Kewaskum, Wisconsin Kewaskum is a village located mostly within Washington County, Wisconsin. The population was 3,274 at the 2000 census. The village is located mostly within the Town of Kewaskum. On May 21, 2003, the village annexed a portion of land in the Town of Auburn in Fond du Lac County.  under construction by its partner United Construction Group. Empyrean plans to invest $5 million in this project where presently the construction of four units of duplexes is nearing completion.
