Empyrean Holdings, Inc. Announces 25% Stock Dividend.HOUSTON -- Empyrean Holdings Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :EPYH), a national real estate holding company, reported today that it will be granting a 25% common stock dividend to EPYH common shareholders of record as of August 25, 2005. The common shares to be issued for this stock dividend will be sent out shortly thereafter. Management has decided that it is in the best interest of its shareholders to establish the dividend and expects that it will assist the company to achieve its goals. Empyrean currently maintains a real estate development portfolio of $120 million in California, Florida, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
