RE: Press Release -- Small Group Health Insurance Now Available in Texas

Reference the San Antonio Express-News article of 5/10/06 entitled "Democrats Threaten to Block Health Insurance Plans."

Texas is way ahead of them. Senate Bill 10 and House Bill 541 authorize the formation of Private Purchasing Cooperatives purchasing cooperative,
n a group of dental professionals pooling their financial resources to purchase large quantities of supplies and equipment for the purpose of obtaining a discount.
 for small employers to form an association for the purpose of obtaining group health insurance at competitive rates. The Employer & Employee Benefit Association, EEBA EEBA Energy Efficient Building Association
EEBA Emergency Escape Breathing Apparatus
, is registered and approved with TDI TDI - Transport Driver Interface  as a Private Purchasing Cooperative, which will allow us to do everything proposed by the national legislation, except it will not cross state lines.
