Empirix introduces Hammer Dynamic Speech. (New Products).


Empirix Inc., a provider of integrated test and monitoring solutions for Web, voice and network applications, has announced the availability of its Hammer Dynamic Speech capability to help ensure the successful deployment and operation of contact center self-service applications A software application that allows a user to obtain information or complete a business transaction on the computer that has traditionally required the help of a human representative. Voice response systems and Web sites are widely used for self-service applications. See kiosk.  using voice and speech technologies, Hammer Dynamic Speech is now available as part of both the Hammer Contact Center Test System and Hammer Intelligent Monitoring (TM) System from Empirix.
