LLC - Logical Link Control
 has acquired five shopping centers from a single owner, Centro Watt, an affiliate of Melbourne, Australia-based Centro Properties Limited.

The total purchase price was $55 million, or an average of $65 per square foot. The package was financed by M&T Bank.
