* A $140,000 acquisition financing for a three-story, mixed-use, non-elevator building in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A $250,000 refinancing for a single-story building with commercial units and an outdoor parking lot in Bellmore, N.Y.;

* A $275,000 refinancing for a three-story, mixed-use, walk-up building in Queens, N.Y.;

* A $650,000 refinancing for a four-story, non-elevator building in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A $175,000 refinancing for a two-story, mixed-use, walk-up building in Elizabeth, N.J.;

* A $135,000 refinancing for a two-story, mixed-use, walk-up building in Jersey City, N.J.;

* A $200,000 refinancing for a single-story building in Great Neck, N.Y.;

* A $650,000 refinancing for a five-story, non-elevator building in New York City New York City: see New York, city.
