Mr. DeSilva will focus on Strategy, Operations, Business Development, and emerging technologies for the EDIS markets. He has over 25 years of Executive Healthcare Management experience, which includes for-profit technology companies and not-for-profit providers. In addition, he has had extensive corporate experience in Business Development, Consulting and Provider Relations with Fortune 500 companies and National Healthcare clients.
