Emergency Safety Valves.

Powers introduces a new line of Emergency Safety Valves, the Hydroguard "ES" Series. Built off proven ATA platforms featuring paraffin actuation technology, the new series includes three valves to cover all emergency fixture tempering applications:

* ES150 - Eye Wash, Eye & Face Wash

* ES200 - Drench Shower, Combination

* ES400 - Drench Shower, Combination

The new ES Series is a single-valve emergency solution featuring Powers' exclusive "Dual/Internal By-Pass" system which provides two distinct channels of flow for cold water by-pass within the valve, ensuring cold water flow in the event of a valve failure or loss of hot water. It also features Powers' proven ATA technology found in our e430 Series, Single-Valve Hi/Los, 480 & 490 Series as well as the HydroGuard T/P e420.

The Hydroguard ES Series includes a large, easy to read dial thermometer, rotable union checkstops, and outlet piping allowing the valve to be mounted in any position. Powers' newest line of safety valves are designed to comply with ANSI Z358-I 1998 and can be used with Eye/Face Wash Fixtures, Combination Shower/Eye/Face Wash Units, and Shower and/or Eye/Face Wash.
