Elvis' designer shakes up Seventh.


The Kaufman Organization has helped find designer, Manuel, clothier for stars including Elvis, The Rolling Stones Rolling Stones, English rock music group that rose to prominence in the mid-1960s and continues to exert great influence. Members have included singer

 Mike Heaner and Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization, who represented both the tenant and the landlord in the deal, Manuel Exclusive, Inc., which is based in Nashville, signed a five-year lease for 2,104 s/f 530 Seventh Ave.
