Elves on a toys run.

SANTA'S special elves are collecting unwanted toys for a Christmas fancy dress charity fun run in aid of terminally ill Terminally Ill

When a person is not expected to live more than 12 months.

Any gifts given out by the afflicted person at this time may be considered as a dispersion of the estate rather than a gift.

Instead of a fun run entry fee, the elves will be collecting the toys to be sold at Acorns Children's Hospice shops across the Midlands.

Runners and walkers who want to take part can dress as Santa, an elf, reindeer, snowman or anything festive to bring their toys to Shirley on Saturday, November 15.
