Elsner Engineering offers automatic folding equipment to fold consumer products such as hand towels, cleaning wipes, handkerchiefs, printed napkins, baby wipes, guest towels, wet wipes, tablecloths and more. In addition, they also process an array of medical products such as sponges, dabs, sheets, surgical drapes, towels, covers, pads, cloths, dental headrest covers, swabs and more.

B-100-V. The Overfalz-Elsner B-100-V is a versatile cross folder for paper and nonwovens. While most folding machines are built to make a single specific fold, the B-100-V can make 12 different folds with a quick change of optional folding plows and fold cylinders.

ZFV. Elsner ZFV folders convert nonwoven material without cross folds. The ZFV converts web widths up to 80 inches to almost any cut length and fold size. Up to 6000 pieces per minute can be folded, moistened, stacked and delivered for packaging. An optional automatic tub loader provides a complete production line.

TFM-60. The TFM-60 large product folder produces disposable tablecloths. Tissue and poly are pressure embossed and laminated, folded lengthwise twice, cut to length, folded back on itself and folded again as required to produce the final banquet tablecloth.

DHR-15. The DHR-15 automatically produces dental headrest covers at a rate of 90 pieces per minute. The machine produces nonwoven covers or pressure embossed and laminated tissue-poly covers. The laminated material is cut to length, folded in half and the edges ultrasonically bonded, resulting in a sleeved cover closed on three sides.
