Elsner Engineering Works continues to hold a strong presence in the nonwovens machinery marketplace. Elsner's Model ENR-1000 Rewinder, designed specifically for the needs of the nonwovens industry, remains a top-seller for the 75-year-old company.

This fully automatic rewinder for webs ranging from 12 to 42 inches (300-1067 mm) includes such features as mill roll off-the-floor lift, driven unwind Unwind

 shafts provides full support of the forming roll. The precision rotary perforator and web snap-off system create the proper sheet count for each roll and eliminate the worry of a partial sheet ever being delivered to the consumer.

The Elsner Model ENR-1000 is designed for production speeds of 15 cycles per minute and 400 feet per minute with perforations or 600 feet per minute without perforations. The machine operates at a constant speed to eliminate tension problems sometimes caused by cyclic rewinding.
