Elsinore postpones equity offering pending improvement of market conditions.


LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1994--Elsinore Corp. (ASE/PSE:ELS) Tuesday announced that the company has postponed an offering of 6 million common shares due to current market conditions.
