Elsinore Technologies Named One of the Year's Fastest Growing ISVs for Windows; Makers of Visual Intercept Recognized by Microsoft and CMP Media.


RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 1999--

Elsinore Technologies has been named one of the 75 fastest growing independent software vendors (ISVs) for Windows. The first-ever "Winning on Windows, ISV (Independent Software Vendor) A person or company that develops software.
