Born in England she was the daughter of the late Harry and Fanny (Law) Halliday. She came to the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. Mrs. Kay was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church Episcopal Church, Anglican church of the United States. Its separate existence as an American ecclesiastical body with its own episcopate began in 1789. Doctrine and Organization in Worcester, was a homemaker dedicated to her home and family and an avid Square Dancer. She is survived by two daughters, Joan K. Taylor of Westborough and Susan E. Carr of Meriden, CT, four grandchildren GRANDCHILDREN, domestic relations. The children of one's children.
