(OTCBB: NCTI), today announced the signing of Elsacom (a Finmeccanica Company), the leading provider of Globalstar satellite and Internet services in the European market, to distribute Artera Turbo(TM) Internet acceleration technology to its user base under the name Express Data Compression.
