In the fourth quarter of 1995 Elron's net income was approximately $3.1 million, or approximately $0.15 per share as compared with approximately $1.1 million or approximately $0.05 per share in 1994.

Aggregate revenues of the companies in the Elron group increased by 17% to $1,205 million, compared with $1,028 million in 1994.

The Company's Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.06 per share, bringing the total dividend for 1995 to $0.18 per share. The dividend for the fourth quarter will be paid on April 15, 1996, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 1996. The Company will deduct de·duct

Elron has reduced its share in the loss of its other affiliated companies in 1995 to some $2.1 million, as compared with a loss of approximately $5 million in 1994 (which included approximately $2.9 million of Fibronics loss).

The Company increased its income from changes of its holdings in affiliated companies to approximately $3.8 million in 1995, as compared with approximately $1.3 million in 1994.
