Elmira High School is a 4A public high school of about 500 students in Elmira, Oregon located approximately 15 miles from Eugene.
 will hold graduation ceremonies at 7 p.m. June 14 in the high school gym.

Three seniors were named class valedictorians: Melissa Galloway, Jason George and Anna Walton.

Melissa Galloway, the daughter of Kerry and Kristina Galloway of Grants Pass, plans to study chemistry and Spanish at Linfield College. She was involved in leadership, the Mr. Falcon Pageant, Youth In Action, Outdoor School, Site Council and mentoring.

Jason George is the son of Susan and Leonard George of Elmira. He plans to attend Oregon State University Oregon State University, at Corvallis; land-grant and state supported; coeducational; chartered 1858 as Corvallis College, opened 1865. In 1868 it was designated Oregon's land-grant agricultural college and was taken over completely by the state in 1885.  to study computer engineering. His activities included varsity soccer, varsity golf, National Honor Society The National Honor Society (NHS), established in 1921, is a recognition program for American high school students who show achievement in scholarship, leadership, service, and character. , student leadership and the Mr. Falcon Pageant.

Anna Walton plans to major in English at the University of Oregon The University of Oregon is a public university located in Eugene, Oregon. The university was founded in 1876, graduating its first class two years later. The University of Oregon is one of 60 members of the Association of American Universities. . She was a member of Quill and Scroll Quill and Scroll is an international high school journalism honor society that recognizes and encourages both individual and group achievements in scholastic journalism. According to the Quill and Scroll website, over 14,104 high schools in all 50 U.S.  Society and National Honor Society, was co-editor-in-chief and copy editor of the school newspaper and worked as a community volunteer. She is the daughter of Bruce and Katrina Walton of Elmira.

Carly Sertic, the daughter of Steve and Susan Sertic, plans to attend the University of Oregon and to major in journalism and art. She hopes to attend grad school at New York University New York University, mainly in New York City; coeducational; chartered 1831, opened 1832 as the Univ. of the City of New York, renamed 1896. It comprises 13 schools and colleges, maintaining 4 main centers (including the Medical Center) in the city, as well as the  to obtain her masters degree in journalism. Her activities included two years as yearbook editor, treasurer of the Honor Society, membership in the Spanish Club and Art Club and participation in the Lane Arts Council.

Jeff Petty is the son of Jim and Carol Petty of Elmira. He plans to attend Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon. His activities included participation in the Mr. Falcon program, the Honor Society, leadership, soccer, Boy Scouts, tutoring, outdoor school, trampoline trampoline
