Ellacoya Demonstrates New Advances in Service Control for Broadband Networks at Telecom '05.

VoIP Quality Reporter (VQR)

The VQR enables broadband service providers An ISP, telephone company, cable company or other carrier that offers high-speed communications to homes and businesses, typically for Internet access. Cable modems, DSL and T1 lines are the common technologies. See broadband, cable modem, DSL and T1.  to monitor voice-over-IP (VoIP) calls by VoIP service provider and on a per-subscriber basis, and provide comprehensive reports on call quality. Integrated with Ellacoya's IP Service Control System, it is the first solution to provide a means for measuring VoIP call quality and troubleshooting calls in real-time, while at the same time providing a holistic view of all IP-based service traffic.
