Elix, a specialist in interactive business solutions for contact centers, has announced a new partnership agreement with Nil Echo, which specializes in speech applications development. With this partnership, Elix is expected to be able to accelerate its time-to-market in the field of speech application development using voice XML and other speech technologies. For its part, Nu Echo will benefit from a new and broader pool of potential clients for its speech-based services. Both companies will use their respective expertise to accelerate their time-to-market and expand their offerings to include professional services, consulting and training. Elix has been implementing contact center solutions that include speech applications for a number of years, and can now use Nu Echo's speech expertise in the context of Elix's business consulting, application development and systems integration projects. Nu Echo is expected to be able to use the alliance to offer its experience in speech application development to the contact center market.
