The company is currently working with its accountants to complete the 10-Q as soon as possible.

Elite is operating under the previously announced OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  business model where it focuses on the sales of its hardware, software, deployable infrastructure and intellectual property to a limited number of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This shift is underway and is expected to have an immediate negative impact on the company's revenue but in the medium term, it is hoped that it will allow the company to move closer to achieving profitability and a positive cash flow operation.

The company will also continue to pursue the defense and licensing of its patent portfolio as a revenue stream.
