Motive Expands Presence in the Baltics with Estonian Telecom Provider

TALLINN, Estonia & AUSTIN, Texas -- Serving a population with one of the highest broadband penetrations per-capita, Elion, the largest telecommunications provider in Estonia, has aggressive plans to deliver next-generation services to subscribers.
