The basis of the agreement is for the two companies to co-promote live music concerts of national and up and coming artists and bands. The Internet performances will be available only on www.elinemusic.com and www.thewebtheatre.com. The video programming will be distributed and produced by WEB Pay-Per-View, using WPPV's 24-hour pay-per-view cyber ticketing system. Viewers will be able to watch the events on their computer or on their televisions if their system permits. The broadcasts will be available for viewers in multiple bit rates 28.8k, 56k, DSL DSL
