Eli Lilly and Company announces it has signed an agreement to acquire Ivy Animal Health, Inc., Overland Park, KS, and will become an operating unit of Lilly's Elanco Animal Health Division.

Richard Shuler will continue to serve as Pres of Ivy Animal Health.
