Elf Atochem.

Elf Atochem and the Japanese company NOF have set up a world joint venture in the area of carboxy ethyl thio succinic acid and derivatives. The worldwide joint venture is to have three distinct entities, each responsible for the operations of a geographical zone, as follows: In Japan, NOF is to hold 80% of the joint company; in Europe and in America, Elf Atochem is to own 80%; and in Asia and in the rest of the world, both companies are to have equal shares.
