Electronic Systems Training Division to Become Part of Infotec.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. -- Electronic Systems, a 26-year old Virginia-based company, announced today the sale of its training division to Virginia Beach-based Infotec, LLC. The training division had accounted for less than two percent of ESI's annual revenue.

ESI continues to provide Virginia businesses with IT solutions (security, storage, IP communications, etc.), digital copiers, printer service and supplies and mailing systems.

"This move is part of our strategic plan to focus on our core competencies and on the IT solutions-based divisions of our company," stated Dan Cooper, President, ESI. He added, "We are excited about our new relationship with Infotec and look forward to working together on upcoming projects."

Many of ESI's training division employees will join Infotec, per the agreement between the two companies. ESI will continue its focus of providing end-to-end technology solutions to Virginia's private and public sector businesses and educational institutions.

Classes will continue as scheduled at the ESI facility at 4417 Expressway Drive. Infotec and ESI anticipate that over the next several weeks each company's training resources will be consolidated into the Infotec facility at 5501 Greenwich Road in Virginia Beach.
