EST and SCA have teamed together to provide a total mobile data information solution to the Pasco Washington Police Department, the Franklin County Washington Sheriff's Department, the Warrensburg, Missouri Police Department, and the Lake Havasu City, Arizona Police Department. The ESTeem/SCA solution provides access to local state and national database to the officer in the field utilizing the ESTeem Model 192 Wireless Modem transmitting data at 19,200 bits per second and SCA's Premier MDC(TM) Mobile Software.
