-- 4090(micron) Fast Probe(TM) -- a proven, reliable wafer probing system designed to address the performance demands of production testing at an economical cost.

-- EG4/200e -- a high-throughput, automatic prober designed for superior accuracy, throughput and reliability in high-volume manufacturing.

-- EG5/300 ARGOS -- a high-accuracy 300mm wafer prober that delivers a probe-to-pad accuracy of +/-2.5 micron, allowing manufacturers to address the decreasing size of bond pads.
