(1) During Q1 2007, the Company reduced its forecast outlook for its Sidewinder sidewinder, common name for a rattlesnake, Crotalus cerastes, found in the deserts of the SW United States. In connection with this decision, the Company recorded a $3.4 million provision for excess inventory.
