The controller also includes new software for mold-filling control and precise shot metering during plastication, as well as simplified settings for mold protection.

The new feedback control enables the toggle To alternate back and forth between two states.

of the mold or other factors. Clamp force can be changed on the fly. Low-inertia servomotors on models from 33 to 121 tons reportedly deliver faster injection with 2.7 times faster acceleration response. Smaller presses, like the 55-ton model, can achieve 500-mm/sec injection speed, 50% faster than before. The series comprises 10 machines from 16.5 to 507 tons. Tel: (714) 693-3000 * PT Direct: 298RK
