Support has been added for both Sony HiRes and HiRes+ devices. BugMe! 4.0 enables Sony Clie users to draw sketches and hand-write notes in high-resolution, significantly increasing the amount of information they can enter on the screens of their PDAs. BugMe! has been a commercial success in the handheld computing industry, enabling users to quickly and easily handwrite notes or sketches directly on the screens of their Palm Powered(TM) or Pocket PC handhelds and set reminder alarms.

The new version of Mailer, heralded for its ease of use and emphasis on the email needs of mobile users, also supports the Sony NR-series HiRes+ mode. Users now have the ability to view more information on the screen, such as larger list views, when sending and receiving emails on their Sony Clie PDAs.
