Electric Insurance Company Awards GE Volunteers Organization $100,000 to Support Vital Community Service Projects.

Grants ranging from $1,000 - $5,000 have been allocated to 24 projects through the 2005 Electric Insurance Grants Program. , Electric Insurance has awarded money to fund GE community service projects for the last 8 years. Over 100 grant applications from GE Volunteers chapters were received for the 2005 award year. Each winning project was chosen for its uniqueness, impact on the local community, and overall volunteer participation.
