in Aggressively Saving Energy

(AMEX: ELC), announced today that Electric City of California, L.L.C. successfully co-hosted a breakfast seminar and demonstration of its first EnergySaver(TM) installation at the City of Norwalk, Tuesday, January 30th. The seminar was graciously organized by the City of Norwalk for the purposes of presenting the benefits of the EnergySaver(TM) technology to their municipal associates. The meeting was extremely well attended with 20 municipalities represented. The municipalities in attendance included:

Norwalk City Council member Rudy Bermudez co-hosted the seminar on behalf of the City of Norwalk along with the Electric City of California team. During the presentation, municipal leaders were able to see the energy being saved on a real-time basis while actually standing in the gymnasium under lighting controlled by the system.
