), a leading developer, manufacturer and integrator of energy savings technologies, negative power systems and building automation systems today announced that it will hold its 2004 Second Quarter Results and Company Update Conference Call at 4:15 PM Eastern Time on Thursday, August 26, 2004.

Management of Electric City will focus on the following topics during the call.

--Second Quarter results and deferral of ComEd revenue into subsequent quarters.

--A planned development of a very large scale Virtual Negawatt Power Negawatt power is a term coined for an arbitrage way of supplying additional electrical energy to consumers without increased generation capacity by the creation of a market for trading of increased efficiency. The concept was introduced by Amory Lovins in a 1989 speech.  Plan project for electricity trading focused on several ISO (1) See ISO speed.

--An initial agreement to work towards the doubling the ComEd VNPP program presently under development in Illinois from 50 Megawatts to 100 Megawatts.

--Update on Xcel Energy VNPP program in Denver.

--Continued success in signing new customers for participation in the ComEd VNPP as well as agreements with these customers to participate in other VNPP development projects across North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. .

--Discussion of progress on additional VNPP systems currently under negotiation.
