Electric City Corp., a leading developer and integrator of energy savings technologies, announces today the appointment of Executive Vice President, Michael R. Pokora, formerly Executive Vice President of Arthur J. Gallagher &Company (NYSE: AJG), and Vice President of Sales, Dennis Linden, formerly National Account/Central Region Sales Manager of Microlite Corporation. These executives joined the new Electric City management staff alongside the recently appointed leadership team of John P. Mitola, CEO of ECCC, formerly of Unicom Thermal Technologies and Brian Kawamura, President/COO of ECCC formerly of KMC Telecom.

Pokora comes to Electric City Corp. from his most recent position as Executive Vice President of Arthur J. Gallagher &Company, which is one of the largest risk management companies in the nation. He spent over 8 years at Gallagher and was responsible for the Midwest Construction Wrap-up Practice. He was a founding member of the Construction Division, which compiled over $280,000,000 in written annual premiums for Gallagher. In addition to the development of this new line of business, Pokora was directly responsible for the profitability and quality of service provided by the Construction Division. Under his direction and leadership, the unit focused on large-scale new construction opportunities on a nationwide basis.

Prior to Microlite, Linden managed sales rep agencies in 6 states with Lutron Electronics Co. Throughout his career in the lighting control industry, he has been involved in establishing national sales channels and the implementation of sales strategies, programs, and promotions that resulted in increased sales coupled with unmatched technical and sales support.
