Electra reveals mask strategy.


TONBRIDGE, ENGLAND -- Electra Polymers Ltd. (electrapolymers.com), a manufacturer of resists and coatings, has acquired Rohm and Haas' Ronascreen inks and soldermask business. No financial terms were disclosed.

The transition was expected to be completed by July 31.
