Electra Form Inc., Vandalia, Ohio Vandalia is a city[1] in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States, and a suburb of Dayton[2]. Its population was 14,603 during the 2000 census<ref name="census2000" />. The James M. Cox Dayton International Airport is located in the city. , manufacturer of PET reheat Re`heat´
