Elbit Vision Systems Ltd. Announces the Introduction of the IQ-TEX, a New System for Web Inspection.

:EVSNF), a leading provider of automatic optical inspection and quality monitoring systems, today announced that it has introduced the IQ-TEX, a new Automatic Optical Inspection system for industrial web applications.

The new IQ-TEX is based on the integration of the newly acquired Smart Video Camera technology into the I-TEX platform. The IQ-TEX is a compact, powerful and flexible product, and can operate at a speed of 800 meters per minute.

Following the announcement Mr. David Gal, EVS' Chairman said: "We are delighted to launch the IQ-TEX, a system based on our newly acquired state-of-the-art technology. During the past six months our R&D team has worked on combining the new technology with our own highly reliable and proven systems, blending fifteen years of experience in the optical inspection business with most advanced technology.
