SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2000

Ingenuus Corporation (Nasdaq:INGE), a provider of business-to-business collaboration applications, announced that Milpitas, Calif.-based Elantec Semiconductor has chosen its Ingenuus Applications(TM) to simplify their complex product change management processes.

Elantec will convert their current manual based engineering change processes into electronic processes using the Ingenuus PCM (1) See phase change memory.

(2) (Plug Compatible Manufacturer) An organization that makes a computer or electronic device that is compatible with an existing machine.

The functionality of the Ingenuus Applications, combined with Ingenuus' vision and business approach, were key factors in Elantec's selection. The product's architecture is designed to allow the collaboration of design and product changes on a global basis, while at the same time providing the flexibility needed to meet the unique needs of innovative, adaptive engineering disciplines.
