) reports the appointment of Bruce Snyder to its Board of Directors. This appointment was made at the request of Gold and Minerals Company, Inc. G&M is a 60% owner of the El Capitan Property and has appointed ECPN as their agent for the sale of the property. This agreement for the marketing of the El Capitan property allows G&M representation on ECPN's Board.
