Philip Stinson, attorney for Tutorbots, Inc. said, "An extensive investigation by my law firm has yielded troubling information regarding what can only be described as a pattern of racketeering behavior. We are in the process of making a referral to the U.S. Department of Justice for their consideration." Mr. Allen received an annual salary of $86,000, Johns received $75,000 and Snyder $35,000. Stinson says that an investigation of their software and user interface demonstrates that substantial portions have been lifted from Tutorbots proprietary property. Despite Tutorbots,Inc. April 2nd offer to donate the current online education system to Einstein for the remainder of The Einstein Academy's three year charter at no cost to the school, Allen, Johns and Snyder were still offered substantial sums by the school's board to attempt to provide that same system.
