Aker Kvaerner of Norway has a contract worth $19.38m for supply of five umbilicals for the third phase of development of the offshore Rosetta gas field operated by Rashid Petroleum Company (Rashpetco). Rashpetco is a joint venture between BG (40%), the state-owned Egyptian General Petroleum Corp (50%) and Edison International Edison International (NYSE: EIX) is a public utility holding company based in Rosemead, California.
