Efficient Networks and Covad Announce Financial Transaction; Covad Buys $5 Million Convertible Note from Efficient.


DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1999--

Efficient Networks Inc., today announced an expansion of its relationship with Covad Communications (Nasdaq:COVD COVD College of Optometrists in Vision Development
