Edward C. Duckers Joins Sheppard Mullin; Antitrust Trial Attorney Brings National Practice.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 5, 2004

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  announced today that Edward C. Duckers has joined the firm as partner in the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group in San Francisco.

Duckers' practice encompasses the full range of civil antitrust and commercial litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.
