 this month purchased, for an undisclosed sum, Pyramid Research from The Economist Intelligence Unit The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) is part of The Economist Group. It is a research and advisory company providing country, industry and management analysis worldwide and incorporates the former Business International Corporation, a U.S.  Ltd.

Pyramid Research, operating from Cambridge, Mass., London, and Hong Kong, is a leading supplier of research and advisory services advisory services

advisory services provided to the public, in their capacity as owners and managers of animals, are an important part of veterinary science. They may be provided by government bureaux, by commercial companies who deal in pharmaceuticals or animals or animal
 to the telecommunications industry. It has over 80 advisory clients, including telecom operators, suppliers to the industry, and banks and consultancies with an interest in the sector.

Catherine Forster Connolly, president of Pyramid Research, will transfer with the company.
