Says Innoopract President Jochen Krause: "We are excited about the new version of TPTP and the availability of end-user tools for testing and performance tuning Performance tuning is the improvement of system performance. This is typically a computer application, but the same methods can be applied to economic markets, bureaucracies or other complex systems. . TPTP provides developers with the out-of-the-box tools for monitoring multiple operating systems Operating systems can be categorized by technology, ownership, licensing, working state, usage, and by many other characteristics. In practice, many of these groupings may overlap.  and application servers all as open source. This is great alternative to commercial tools that cost thousands of dollars. It is important to us to make sure that our Yoxos customers benefit from the new TPTP features and can easily update their Eclipse environments as quickly as possible."

Some additional new features and improvements of the TPTP project are improved and expanded support for the JUnit regression testing In software development, testing a program that has been modified in order to ensure that additional bugs have not been introduced. "Yoxos' integration, validation, installation, and update features make it easier for developers to manage their Eclipse environments," stated Tyler Thessin, project lead for the Eclipse TPTP Project and engineering manager for Intel(R) Software Development Products. "For developers to realize the benefits of TPTP 4.0 and future releases, it is important that they keep their Eclipse and TPTP environments current. The TPTP project team is pleased that Innoopract has developed Yoxos which delivers an update service designed to simplify that process."

Innoopract Provides an Eclipse Mirror

In other news, Innoopract announced today that it will be supplying a mirror for Eclipse.org download site helping to improve download times for developers. The mirror will provide up to 100 mbit per second of additional bandwidth and host the full spectrum of projects and builds of the Eclipse.org community.

"One of the big advantages of Yoxos is that users can quickly update their Eclipse installation with a consistent set of plugins at any time through an Internet service," stated Jochen Krause. "We are thrilled with the high number of downloads at Eclipse since the release of 3.1. Our infrastructure is able to handle hundreds of thousands of requests per day and since our success is closely aligned with Eclipse's, we decided to make some of that available to Eclipse to help it achieve its goals.
