Ecards.com Announces New Name and Identity: Blab Media Inc.; Goes Live Today With Blab.com Internet Greeting Card Site.

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 2000

Ecards.com Inc. President Vince Commisso announced today that the company has a new name and identity, Blab Media Inc., and that its Internet greeting card site, Ecards.com, goes live as Blab.com.

The launch of Blab.com marks Blab Media Inc.'s expansion into new Internet See Web 2.0 and Internet2.  product areas and services that will better enable the company to leverage its expertise in rich media, entertainment and e-marketing.

Blab.com combines fun and utility through its communication and entertainment services. An invitation functionality, BlabVites, has been added to the site, along with BlabAwards, which lets customers create awards that they can print out or give digitally. BlabBuilder is also new and lets customers make their own unique greeting cards See e-card.  by combining elements from the site's special design library of text and graphic images. BlabTrivia offers 5,000 proprietary questions at four levels of incremental Additional or increased growth, bulk, quantity, number, or value; enlarged.
