EST. The meetings will be held at the principal office of each Fund, The Eaton Vance Building, 255 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about May 26, 2006 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2006. These meetings will give shareholders of each Fund the opportunity to vote for three Class I Trustees.
